STEP 1 - Season Summary

Begin Completing your 2023-2024 Season Summary.  Click here

PLEASE NOTE: This is an online form that you are able to continually update until the very end of your season. We are relying on you to continue the updates, and will not be contacting you to continue this process. The Season Summary is split into sections for tournaments and games, follow all of the directions on the form and click submit when you are finished.  After submission, you will receive an email that will allow you to continuing editing your season summary.

STEP 2 - Application & Roster Submission

MUST BE COMPLETED BY FEBRUARY 1st AT 11:59 pm.

Complete and Submit the 2024 LSA Tournament of Champions Application which asks for: School & Roster information. CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION This must be entered by February 1, 2024 (The application site will note the time of your submission, any entries after 11:59 P.M. on February 1, 2023 will not be honored as complete). You will receive an email with a PDF version of your application.

Please proofread this information, as some of it will be printed in the commemorative book.

If you notice any errors, please find the edit link in your confirmation email.

STEP 3 - Mail Entry Fee

Mail entry fee ($200.00) and Waiver (email your principal received).   ­Postmarked by February 1, 2023. Make check payable to: Lutheran Sports Association of Wisconsin  You will receive an email containing a waiver your principal must sign along with the information for mailing in your entry fee. Please print off the PDF that is attached to that email, have your principal sign it, and, mail it with your $200.00 entry fee to: Lutheran Sports Association of Wisconsin W170 N8736 Edgewood Pl Menomonee Fls WI 53051-­2715

STEP 4 - Commemorative Page

 A commemorative page must be submitted to entry@lsawi.org by February 1 st . This page is often used for staff and students to cheer on their teams, or coaches to commemorate a season. Please submit this page as an 8.5 x 11 (letter size) color pdf. Please have this sent as a part of your application process. If you would like to see past examples of this page, click here.
