Thank you for taking the time to submit your team's application to participate in the 2024 LSAWI Volleyball Tournament.  There are three steps to completing your application.

Step 1 - Application

Please start by filling out the Online Application and submit your team's application before Saturday, October 4, 2025.

Step 2 - Season Summary

After completing Step 1, please complete your season summary by clicking here. Your season summary must be initially completed by Saturday, Ocotober 4, 2025, you can continue to edit this season summary until Saturday, October 11.

Step 3 - Tournament Fees

Follow the directions in your application (Step 1) and mail your $200 tournament fee (no later than Monday, October 13, 2025) payable to the Lutheran Sports Association of WI to:
